Hoping someone can tell me the maiden name of this lady, and who her parents
might have been. Trying to place her and Elijah in the Andrews folks of
Howard county.

>From "The Higbee News" dated 4 Feb 1910--MRS. ELIJAH ANDREWS DEAD--In April
of last year we announced the
death of Elijah Andrews. And now we have to chronicle the death of his
widow, Sarah
Anne, who died at 12 o'clock noon on Tuesday, Feb 1, 1910, at the home of
her only
daughter, Mrs. Lizzie Warford, in Higbee. Mrs. Andrews was born in
Tennessee on April
12, 1830, and was consequently close on 80 years of age.
She was afflicted for over a year with cancer of the stomach and bore her
sufferings with resignation and fortitude. Many years ago she became a
member of the
Baptist church.
A short service was held at the New Hope church by F. H. James in presence
of a
large assemblage of friends and relatives, proving the estimation in which
she was held,
as the weather was unusually severe; after which the body was laid to rest
in the church
cemetery.
There remain to mourn a fond and indulgent mother five sons and one
daughter,
all of whom, save one, were present, with several grandchildren.
