Benjamin Williams (16 Sep 1774 Spotsylvania Co., Va. & died 13 Oct. 1859
Howard Co., Mo) m 14 Jul. 1799 in Jessamine Co., Ky. Nancy Williams bc
1780 Va & was still living in 1850 in Howard Co.

I believe they had a large family of children, but I don't know any
names. I think that Nancy was a first cousin of Benjamin, daughter of
his Uncle Charles Williams - does anyone know??? Records of this
Uncle Charles are mighty sparse!! He may well have moved to Howard Co.

Can anyone help with the names of the children of Benjamin & Nancy?? Or
any further records of this couple.

Benjamin was the 2nd of 12 children of Alford Williams (21 May 1749 - 17
Feb. 1835 Howard Co., Mo) & his wife Elizabeth Price (b 27 Jan 1756 -
died Howard Co., Mo - but don't have a date of death for Elizabeth)

Most of the children of Alford/Alfred & Elizabeth Price Williams, also
moved to Howard Co., Mo. They attended "Mount ?Ararat" Church.

>From "The Account Book" (contains many records of this Alford Williams
family)
"Alford Williams moved to Ky., 9 Sep 1782 & he moved to Mo., 7 May 1819,
where he died 17 Feb. 1835. He lived the Calvinist Faith for 40 years.
At his death he had 70 grandchildren & 76 great-great grandchildren"

I would love to correspond with anyone interested in any of the 12
children of Alford Williams.
