Hello listers,

I just wanted to let everyone on the site know, that I will not be posting any more of the Higbee News to these sites until
a matter gets straightened out through Rootsweb. There is an individual called Jere Duncan, who has been stealing my work
wholesale, and who has put it on the Yellowstone Genealogy Forum on Rootsweb, listing themself as the compiler. I will be pursuing
this through Rootsweb to have this stricken from that site, because my work is clearly marked as copyrighted unless I give
permission to use it, and then I MUST be sited as the compiler. I am sorry for the inconvenience this will cause folks on this
list, but I simply cannot allow more than five years of my life to be stolen by someone who is just culling my emails.

For those of you on these lists who have supported me through this, I am sorry. I wish it could be otherwise.
