If I remember right, I believe that the funeral home across the street from
Forest Hill/Calvary (where my father & grandparents are buried as well) is Louis
Chapel, generally a Jewish funeral home. Louis Chapel is next to Rose Hill
Cemetery as well.

Calvary Cemetery is adjacent to Forest Hill Cemetery. Since there is no
fence or road bewteen them you cannot tell where one begins and ohe other ends.
At one time Forest Hill was Protestant and Calvary was Catholic. I believe
that may not be the case now, however. My husband has a sister that was
stillborn in 1941 and she is buried there.

Kansas City, MO 64131and 816-523-2114. The address is the same for Forest Hill.
I know there used to be a funeral home directly across the street from
Calvary, but I could not find one with a Troost address so it may not be there
now,
although I am not sure about that.
