I just want to second the congratulations to my home state and home county.

I live in California and politicians and bureaucrats all act like the worse
junior high school delinquents you can find. Their very being defines
ill-manners, lack of caring, ignorance and wish to make their
responsibilities zippo and thus no more than a money-grubbing sinecure!

Good for Missouri! Good for Carthage! Good for Jasper County!
