Thanks for acknowledging my request, Jerry. Our feeling is that the
picture of my grandfather's hardware store was never used in any publication
after all. However, we do know that my grandmother 'loaned' it to someone
that intended to do that. Because it was such an old photo, early 1900's,
we're hoping that it wouldn't just have been thrown away and is still in
someone's files. It showed the inside of the store, horse collars hanging
up, etc. As you can imagine, those of us interested in family history would
love to have it.
