Roy Foster died in a mining accident in 1936, in Picher, Oklahoma. I could find no immediate record of his marriage to Bertha in Jasper County--so maybe they married in Oklahoma? There are articles in the newspaper about his death; Bertha sued the mining company, and got a bit of money. I have copied the newspaper articles. Let me know if you'd like them--send me your snail mail address.
