Nothing on Fred or Irene Stephens in the Joplin Public Library genealogy section. However, in their index card file--is a Flora Stephens, who married Charles Blizzard. This occurred in June of 1917, Barton County, published in the city of Lamar's paper, the Republican Sentinel. Also there is an index card for Flora L. Blizzard, born Aug or Sept. 3, 1899 in Grandview, AR., and died in January 1984. Buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Chetopa, KS. The marriage license application lists Flora and Charles Blizzard as being from Webb City, MO.
