Cousin Benjamin was born in 1877 in Illinois, possibly Otterville Otter Creek Township Jersey County. I found him in the 1880 census with is sister and parents. I could not find him in the 1900 census, but did find a Arthur Balcom list in the service of his county and his home listed as Jasper County, Missouri. Benjamin's parents were lining in Jasper County Missouri in the 1900 census. I am trying to find out when Arthur died to see if the death certificate list his parents. Does anyone know where I can go about getting a copy of Arthur's service information that my list his parents name? Thanks Allen
