I have HeritageQuest which does a head of household search.

I didn't find a Jessie White. If another White was listed above her, she wouldn't be included in HQ search. Someone with ancestry.com might find her, where ever she is. If she's in a list such as Children Home I believe she should be listed individually. It may depended on transcriber.
