I have HeritageQuest for census and 1930 isn't searchable yet. I just read through Ward 1 Webb City and if they were there I missed them. Can you give me their location and Page and Sheet numbers in 1930? I could hopefully locate them more easily with more info.

I found a Gloria in the MO Death records.

I suspect this is Jessie in the State Hospital Vernon County MO.

All birth records are available, given the record
keeping policies of the times..However, if Gloria's
mother married later, her new husband may have adopted
Gloria and, in that case, the record of the original
birth may have been sealed..

Harry Simon and Gloria's mother were not married. I
believe, but not positive, that the mother was a
very young woman. Harry was married to someone
else. Gloria was therefore considered illegitimate
by the state of MO. So am wondering IF IF IF these
birth records are even available?
