Yes, he has a birth certificate, but no date of birth.

He was born in St. Louis.



How can I access city directories for 1945?

St Louis on it?



Guess the city directories are your best bet.

I would look at the 1944/5/6 St Louis City Directories and see where



his parents were living during those years. Then, there is always his



birth certificate, should have his place of birth and his parents



place of residence.
