Hi all
You know, you all are always so nice to answer questions. Just wanted you
to know that I do appreciate your time. Laclede Co. is a relatively new
avenue for me and a territory that is fairly foreign.........I just don't
know much about my father's Moore family.
So......Connie says that there are Moores in row 8 and in row 15? Someone
has inventoried (Is that the correct word here?) and/or transcibed it?
In fact, I had always thought that my ggrandparents.......James William and
Eliza Jane Moore were probably buried in Randolph Co. somewhere. An older
family member that lives in California has said that they passed away one
day and that their son; Arthur Samuel Moore, who is my grandfather......died
the next day and that the burial were held together. This was sometime
around 1924. My father was a seven year old child (b1917 in Randolph Co.,
Arkansas) when these deaths of his father and grandparents occurred. Sounds
as though it was a malady of sorts that was contagious?
Here is all that I have on the family and unfortunately, I have no idea who
James William Moore parents were or his siblings. I do however have this
1850 census that was provided me by a volunteer last year and there is the
possibility that the James (11/12 MO) found in the Biven (?) Moore household
could be my James William Moore (b1849 IL). Maybe, maybe not.
