Here's a suggestion. Match the 1850 census too. My ggg grandfather is
on that 1833 Greene County tax list. In 1840, he was in Washington
County, AR. But in 1850, he was in the Dade County, MO, census. (Dade
was also part of Greene, I think, in 1833.)

Some of those pioneers moved around quite a bit.
