Yesterday, I received probate papers for a Robert S. Hillhouse who turned out not to be my husband's 2G-grandfather--another Robert S. Hillhouse who also died in Lawrence County, MO, but on June 30, 1910. I will be glad to send the probate papers for the "wrong" Robert S. Hillhouse--undoubtedly a relative--to one of his descendents who can contact me off-list. The following is information from the probate papers:

Lenora Gibson, sister, Lawrence County, MO
Daniel B. Hillhouse, brother, Columbia County, Washington

Administrator: J.L. Swearengin
(Note: Martha Caroline, the oldest daugher of my husband's Robert S. Hillhouse, like Lenora, also married a Gibson, i.e., James Houston Gibson, in 1869.)
