I know many researchers who have ancestors in not only Newton but also Lawrence and Barry counties. Therefore I want to be able to share with researchers via all three Lists if possible.

Below is a list of names that appear in only 3 of the entries from my grandfather Otis Howard's journal of Bacon Ridge. These are from 1945. I have lots more before that date and after. These were used in the local newspaper there too.

In order to read them you, please visit my blog at the link I'll provide. Look on the righthand side of the page at the menu of PAGES. The 3 entries will be there for you to click on. I also obviously have my own artwork and journal running there too. I'll try to get more entries up in the near future.

Please know I am providing these names the best way I can 'read' them. I am spelling things the way they are spelled in the original form and therefore warn all readers that a name (or other words) may appear spelled incorrectly. My intent is to keep Otis' work in its pure "raw art" form.
