Ray do you know when Ethel (Gold) Rickman died? And do you know anything
about her sister Vinnie Gold? The reason I'm asking is that I have a
Petition for Letters of Administration from the State of Oklahoma, County of
Pawnee on behalf of C. E. Gold (Charley Efton) for the state of Evan T.
Jackson, this was done after his wife Mary Ellen (Henderson) Jackson died in
1926 and all the kids were wanting a split of the inheritance. Beside
Martha's name is listed her 4 children, since she had died in 1898 and they
were "C. E. Gold, Crane, MO. Grace Gold Elliot, Wapapella, Mo, Ethel Gold
Rickman, Crane, Mo & Vinnie Gold, cant say" quoting the document. Looks
like Vinnie had just about disappeared in 1928.

I'm related to you through Mollie Gold Jackson/Rapp. PJ (Paul) Jackson is
my cousin, we went to visit the Gold Cemetery a few years back and I told
him about Martha Jane's double connection to us.

Ethel Gold was born August 3, 1890 to John Wiley Gold and Sarah [Gray]
Gold.
She married Off Rickman. who was born in 1882 and died in 1961, both are
buried at Marionville, Mo.. (1] They had a son who died in infancy/ [2]

Rickman, who married Murl Garoutte who was a half brother to Sarah Gray.

Dorothy Rickman married a Harris. [4] Betty Rickman, who married Dale
Soutte,
and [5] a son Y.B. Rickman who never married and worked as a accountant for

several years for Frisco Railroad Company at Springfield, Missouri.


John Wiley Gold was the son of Wm. C., and Sarah Paralee [Alexander] Gold.
He was born June 28, 1868, in Stone County, Missouri. He died May 24,
1941,
and is buried at the Crane Masonic Cemetery, Stone County, Missouri. He
married Martha Jane Jackson, August 25, 1888. They had three Children; [1]
Grace
Gold, [2] Charley Efton Gold, and [3] Ethel Gold. Martha Jane [Jackson]
Gold
was born January 26, 1869 and died April 20, 1898, she is buried in the
Gold
Cemetery, in Stone County, Missouri. After she died, Charley and Ethel went
to
stay with Ike Gardner and his wife; Jane, and they raised them. [ This
information was furnished by Pauline [Dewitt] Pearce.
John Wiley Gold and his second wife; Sarah Williams had two children; [1]
Hazel Edna "Pearl" Gold, born October 16, 1901 and died August 3, 1929, she

married Efton Martin, and they had an infant daughter, born and died August
9,
1929. Both Pearl and her baby died the same date. They were also the
parents
of Joe Martin, he resides at his home about 3 miles north of Crane, Mo., in

Stone County, Missouri. [2] Robert Lincoln Gold, who married Deatrice Davis

and they had four children; Sarah Ann, Juanita, Robert Lurern, and Roy
Gold.
Sarah Ann Gold was born in August of 1928, and she married Noel Harris in
1946, and they had three children; Noel Kenneth Harris, John David Harris,
and
Tammy Elizabeth Harris.
Noel Kenneth Harris was born in 1947 and he married Elizabeth Young, and
they had a son Sean Quinn.
John David Harris was born in 1950 and married Marie Brown. They had two
sons; John Noel and Adrian Kenneth Harris.
Tammy Ann Harris was born in 1957, She married Mike Rentsch, no children.
Juanita Gold was born in 1930 and married Don Laurence. They had four
children; Sandra Beatrice, James Eugene, Rebecca Ann, and Roberta Jane
Laurence.
Sandra Laurence married Jerry Dickerson and had two sons; one died shortly
after birth. Her son Jeffrey, married and had a son named Andrew Dickerson.

Sandra's first husband died and she married Larry Diamond, and the had a
daughter, Cindy Diamond.
Robert Luverne Gold was born November 9, 1934 in Crane, Missouri and died
December 15, 1997 and buried in the Crane Masonic Cemetery. He married
Lucille
Wilson, and they had three daughters; Roberta Lucille Gold who married Lee
Edwards, no children. Kimmie Gold who married Doug Swearingen and had two
sons; Jason and Kimmie. She also had a daughter, Nickie, by Billie Grant.

Sherry married Howard Alexander and had two children; Justin Wayne and
Jennifer
Raine Alexander.
Roy Gold was born in 1942 and married Ellen Stewart. They had a son; Duncan

Gold, and a daughter, Diedra Gold. Duncan Gold married Sharon Thomas.


Roys first wife died at the age of 28. He then married July Wilson.
