Yes, this is the same line:
James Knox Polk TETER was the son of Isaac TETER (b. 1800) and Mary Magdeline CONRAD (b. 1804/5).

I'd love to exchange information with you! I have the list of children of George TETER & Sarah Charlotte BALDWIN, but very little beyond that.
