In our family genealogy, we have that Thomas Morrison married Sally Kencannon Love in May of 1845 and had two children, Martha Elizabeth Morrison, b. 13 Mar 1846 in McDonald co., MO; and Alexander Franklin Morrison, b. 25 Aug 1847 in McDonald co, MO.
Baby Alexander died 17 Jan, 1848, and his mother, Sally Love Morrison died on 15 Feb 1848.
Thomas Morrison then married Sally Love's sister, Margaret M. Wear Love. I don't know that they had any children. I assume that Margaret may have died soon, - perhaps in childbirth. Perhaps it is after her death that Thomas Morrison married Ms. Regan.
I have that Thomas Morrison's first daughter, Martha Elizabeth, did indeed marry John George Washington Manning on 20 Dec 1863 in Elk Twp. - D.C. Hopkins, JP, performed the ceremony.
