William PHILLIPS was married to Celia E. REED in
McDonald County in February of 1870. After their
marriage, they went to Texas. William PHILLIPS was
probably born in Mississippi around 1833. Celia REED
was born in Arkansas about 1845. Does anyone on the
list know anything about either William or Celia, or
about their families?
