Spurlock farm is on Highway K, just south of Pineville. East of Highway
71. There was a "Ross" place on 71 near Jane. House is gone and much of
the place is part of the expressway under construction through the
county (north/south.) I think the Wellesley farm is south and west of
Jane; don't know about the Cleveland place, but still family members in
the area.

Looking for any descendant of Absalom Ross and Margaret Sneed. I know
they
had 12 children and one them is Lorena Ross my great-grandmother and she

married Clayborne Richardson. Now I would like to locate farms that
Absalom
and Margaret lived on during 1880's or 1890' one of them was called
Wellesley Farm and the other ones were Ira Spurlock Farm, Jim Cleveland
Farm.
