Hi, Just subscribed.
I am seeking any and all information about James B. Cavender born about 1828 in Illinois. Moved from Davis County, Iowa after 1869 (unknown date) to Richwood Township, Miller, MO. Married to Mahala Reed in Randolph County, MO in 1869.

I am hoping to find documentation that will tell me the exact birthplace of James, and also help me make sense of the above census! Mahala states that she was born in MO, but the children mother's birthplaces are inconsistant. Maybe none of these were their children?
