Was the above Mary Elizabeth Capps married to Henry Bilyeu.? If so I have
the marriage dat to Richard Logan Ramsey as 8/26/1877. Also, I have her buried
at to differenc locations. I Also hve her as Lucy Capps see below for what
I have
