Looking for information on Theron Moses Rice and his family. He was a Lt. Colonel in the 26th Missouri during the Civil War and lived his post war life in Moniteau county. There are several biographies on the web regarding his life including his war and political career. However, there never seems to be any information on his wife and children.
Theron Moses Rice was born Sept. 21, 1821 in Mecca, Ohio and died Nov. 7, 1895 in Boonville, Missouri, but is buried in Tipton, Missouri. One biography states he was married twice and had 6 children, but no specific details. Any information on his family would be appreciated.
