Partial, undated announcement from the Nannie Brown Collection; original
source unknown.
(Beginning of article is missing). "The funeral services were held at
the Congregational church Wednesday afternoon at 5 o'clock, conducted by
the Rev. Hanscom, and the interment was in the city cemetery.
"Farewell, whose like on earth I shall not find,
Whose faith and works were bells of full accord.
My friend, most unworldly of mankind,
How loyal in the following of thy Lord."

Miss Parker was a niece of Mrs. Ambrose Hulen, of this vicinity, at
whose request we publish the above."
