Untitled, undated article; original sources unknown. Extracted from the
newspaper article collection started in 1879 by Mrs. Nannie Brown of
Madison, Missouri.
"Dr. Maupin Forrest, brother of Dr. I.F. Forrest of this place died at
his home at Renick September 3rd, after an illness of three weeks, from
heart trouble. Dr. Forrest was a very useful man in his community and
will be greatly missed. He leaves a wife, three children and a host of
relatives and friends in Randolph county to mourn his decease. His
remains will be (interred) at Moberly (on) Thursday morning at 10
o'clock."
