Untitled, undated article; original source probably the Madison Times.
Extracted from the newspaper article collection started in 1879 by Mrs.
Nannie Brown of Madison, Missouri.



"C. Combs and Miss Dethie Childers were married in Kansas City,
Wednesday evening at 8 o'clock. Mr. Combs is a Monroe county boy being
born and raised on a farm just west of Madison. About three years ago
he went to Kansas City where he has been working since as street car
conductor. His bride is a Kansas City girl. He has a host of (friends)
here who joins the Times in wishing him and his wife health, wealth and
happiness."
