Nannie Brown of Madison, Missouri.
E.E. Curtright
"Elwood Elmo Curtright, (70) years old, died Wednesday night at his home
in Holliday, after having been in ill health for several years. The son
of the late Robert and Emily Curtright, he was a rural mail carrier for
Holliday for many years, retiring 4 years ago.
Surviving are his wife, the former Madge Cunningham, and four children,
Guy of North Chicago, Leo of Moberly, Mrs. Johnny Phillips of Napanee,
Ind., and Mrs. John Heifner of Byron, Ill., 10 grandchildren; one
brother, Ray Curtright of Paris, Mrs. Bert major of Overland Park,
Kansas, and Mrs. Pauline Blount of Nacogdoches, Texas.
The body was taken from the Thompson Funeral home at 4 o'clock Thursday
afternoon to the home in Holliday. The body will not be viewed at the
home. Funeral service will be held at the Holliday Christian church at
2 o'clock Friday afternoon by Rev. John D. Buck assisted by Rev. Steve
Owings, with burial at Bethel cemetery."
