Extracted from the newspaper article collection started in 1879 by Mrs.
Nannie Brown of Madison, Missouri.
Omar Brace Mason
"Omar Brace Mason, retired farmer, died around 9:30 o'clock Wednesday
morning at his farm home west of Madison. He was born May 28, 1878 in
Randolph County, the son of J.H. and Emma Combs Mason. Mr. Mason and
his wife are well known in the Madison community and had resided on the
present farm for the past forty-five years. He is survived by his wife,
Clara; one sister, Mrs. Harry Boulware, Madison; one niece, Mrs. Chester
Honold, Kansas, Illinois; and two grandsons, Ike and John Honold,
Kansas, Ill. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 o'clock Firday
afternoon at Thompson-Mackler Chapel with Rev. Robert Leach officiating.
Burial will be in Sunset Hill cemetery."
