Nannie Brown of Madison, Missouri.



Mrs. J. D. Griffith of Madison Dies; Funeral Thursday



"Madison - Mrs. Mossie Mae Griffith, 63, wife of John D. Griffith, died
at 3:30 o'clock in McCormick Hospital where she had been a patient for
six days. She had been in ill health for some time. Mrs. Griffith was
born in Boone county. She had been a member of the Baptist church since
early childhood and at the time of her death was a member of the Madison
Baptist Church. Besides her husband, she is survived by a sister, Mrs.
Rebecca Einspanjer, near Mexico. Mrs. Griffith was married Aug 11,
1909. The body is at the Thompson Funeral Home. Services will be
conducted at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Madison Baptist Church
by the Rev. O.T. McKenzie, former pastor of Mrs. Griffith, and the Rev.
John Milhfeld. Burial will be in Sunset Hill cemetery."
