I did find Charles and Anna Smith Parker in the 1930 Monroe Co., MO. Census.
He was enumerated as a 44 year old white male farmer, born in Illinois, who
apparently was married at least once prior to Anna. It states that he was
first married at age 21 and there is a 16 year old son, Carl W., living in the
home. Carl was born in Illinois as well.
Anna, who was born in Missouri, is shown to be 28 years old and first married
at age 25. She and Charles were parents to Irwin R. Parker, age 1 year and 4
months, born in Missouri.
