Patti,
I was unsure of Anna's race or possible township and there were many Smith households in Monroe 1920. I got lucky and a possibility was on the first page I looked at. This may be her with parents and siblings:
1920 > Missouri > MONROE > JEFFERSON Series: T625 Roll: 936 Page: 64
Farm 71 71 Smith Charles R Head Own Mortgage Male White 47 Married School-No Read-Yes Write-Yes Missouri Canada England Farmer
Anna L Wife Female White 45 Married School-No Read-Yes Write-Yes Missouri Missouri Missouri
Anna May Female White 18 Single School-No Read-Yes Write-Yes Missouri Missouri Missouri
Orvel B Son Male White 16 Single School-No Read-Yes Write-Yes Missouri Missouri Missouri Farmer

Emma Daughter Female White 12 Single School-Yes Read-Yes Write-Yes Missouri Missouri Missouri

Next there is a Snell family
And the next family is another Smith

I got two Parker hits in 1920 Monroe. Neither produced a Charles. Even today Parker is a rare name in Monroe County.
Hope this is helpful to you. My great-grandmother is a Smith (not from here, Monroe County, though) so I know how challenging Smiths can be!
Rhonda
