article is from unknown source with handwritten date of Jun 14, 1959.
Both are extracted from the newspaper article collection started in 1879
by Mrs. Nannie Brown of Madison, Missouri.



Gaiser Hall



"Gaiser Hall, 73, Madison, died at 7 o'clock Friday morning in Woodland
Hospital in Moberly, where he had been a patient the past week. In ill
health for some time, he had been hospitalized several times. Hall was
a farmer until ill health forced him to retire from active work. He was
a son of the late George and Melissa Hall and is survived by his wife,
the former Miss Anna Mae Dickerson of Madison; a daughter, Mrs. Russell
Hayes and a grandson, Gary Hayes, both of Madison; two brothers, Carl
and Harve Hall, Madison; and a sister, Mrs. Clyde Overfelt, Moberly.
The body was at the Thompson-Mackler Funeral Home, where services were
held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon in the chapel by the Rev. G.W. Neely,
Baptist minister. Burial was in Sunset Hill cemetery."



Anna Mae Dickerson Hall



"Mrs. Anna Mae Dickerson Hall, 74, died at the Hulen Nursing Home in
Centralia, 1:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Hall had been a patient
at the home for only fie days. Before entering the nursing home she was
a patient at the Woodland hospital for six days following a stroke. She
was the daughter of P.F. Dickerson and Mrs. Elizabeth Johnston
Dickerson, born in July 22, 1885 at Madison. Mrs. Hall and her husband,
the late Gaiser Hall lived in Madison vicinity all their lives. Mrs.
Hall had been a seamstress for around 40 years and had sewed for people
all over Missouri. Her husband Gaiser Hall preceded her is death, May
15, 1959. Mrs. Hall's death occurred 30 days from the death of her
husband. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Russell Hayes, Madison,
three brothers, Porter Dickerson, Madison, Russell Dickerson, Topeka,
Kansas, Horace Dickerson, Renick; one sister, Mrs. Sam Botkins, Paris;
one grandson, Gary Hayes, Madison, one half brother and one half sister.
The body lay in state at the Thompson-Mackler Funeral Home until the
hour of services which were held at the chapel, Tuesday afternoon at
2:30 p.m. with Rev. G.E. Neeley officiating. Burial was at Sunset Hill
Cemetery."
