article collection started in 1879 by Mrs. Nannie Brown of Madison,
Missouri.



Mrs. Sarah Lillian Wade



"Mrs. Sarah Lillian (Sadie) Wade died Sunday around 5:00 o'clock at the
home of her daughter, Mrs. Linn Akers at Holliday. She was born, July
20, 1879 in Burnside, Illinois, the daughter of Thomas Thompson and
Miranda Maghann Thomas. Mrs. Wade is survived by her daughter, Mrs.
Akers; one brother, James H. Thompson, Joplin; one sister, Mrs. Mary
Riggs, Kansas City; four grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and
a brother-in-law, Vic Wade of Madison. Funeral services were held
Tuesday at 2 o'clock at Thompson-Mackler Chapel by Rev. C.W. Cornn.
Burial was in Sunset Hill Cemetery, Madison."
