There was a James B. Kersey(IN.) died Aug. 9, 1927 age 77. Was the son of Silas Kersey(OH) and Mary Lomax Kersey(IN.)
No Kersey's dying in Monroe Co. between 1910 and 1956.
This is probably your James.
Info from Mo. death certificate given by James Settles.
James died at the county infirmary and was buried in "Potter's Field", probably on infirmary grounds. No undertaker was listed and burial was on the 10th of Aug.
