Chris,
I usually look in WW1 registration cards when I want to find someone. That's
because every male in the US who was born after 1870 is in it. They
sometimes write their parents as contacts and often their wife. They give address and
hair color, eye color and size such as Medium build.
I found two long lost relatives that way.
I see a Charles Buel? Hedrick living at RFD#1 Camden, Mo age 19 years born
Feb 17, 1899 says hes a farmer working for James Selby nearest relative J
B. Hedrick father RFD #1 Camden, Mo says hes's tall Medium bulit with blue
eyes and Brown hair. 397 order NO. 879
