What happened at one of the newer resorts, the Occidental Grand Xcaret in Mexico? Before the resort was opened one year they stole a CHILD'S due to complete negligence. The resort management handled the situation worse than awful, and it appears that the Occidental is in support of one of the most sensless, hideous deaths one could imagine.
How impressive that a corporation and its management could destroy so many lifes, and never offer an apology. It certainly speaks volumes of Occidental/Allegro, and Grand Xcaret.
