The easiest way I think to get to the Library & Chamber of Commerce would be to turn East on McCord street. when you are going down Neosho Blvd. which is also known as business 60.
At the corner of McCord St there is a blue sign which says downtown. Travel this street until you come to a dead end. Turn right and go down big spring hill. You will notice the Chamber of Commerce on the left hand side as you get down the hill. On the right is the beautiful Big Spring Park. From Chamber of Commerce the Library is about 1 1/2 blocks down on the right side of the street.

I am here now from California visiting and will be using the Genealogy room myself. I did go to Joplin the other day to do some Genealogy. They have a lot of books etc also. It is a nice place.
The ladies in Neosho are just wondergul to help. Hope my directions help.
