Connie,
I'll just bet you've solved the mystery. Since in the Seneca MO area, we're
all drawing a blank for any Fort-type establishments, and we find Seneca &
Fort Monroe in VA along with this reference, sure makes me think this must
be a Virginia reference rather than MO.
