Is there anything documented or hypothesized in print anywhere which refers to a certain portion of Granby being segregated more or less in the early 1800s to Indian families? I mean I know where it was or where it could be surmised to be...but I just am wondering if any historical literature some of you researchers have read has ever intimated the same. I'd like to verify my "hunch" as I travel on my own Cherokee ancestral journey.
