I am trying to find ANY information on the death of my GG Grandfather John L. Patten/on and his wife, Elizabeth Adeline Brock Patten/on. I know that they were living in Newton County and listed in the 1880 census, but I can't find either of them listed in the 1900. John L. was born abt 1818 and Elizabeth in 1822. They married in Cass County, MO 27 Sep 1840. My G Grandfather, Perry Wood Patten was born 8 Apr 1856 Bates County, MO and passed away 29 Jan 1931 in Pittsburg, Crawford County, KS. Noone seems to know when/where John and Elizabeth passed away. If anyone has information on John L. or Elizabeth or any of their descendants, please contact me.
