I have to ask, are you positive this is the same Mary? Instead of about
10 years difference, there is almost 22 years different. I do find it a
bit interesting that none of the names that are possibly children of
hers show up in McDonald Co. later. Did the boys go to war? Did they
all move?
What document proves Mary was in McD Co. in 1865? Not trying to be
nosey, just figure out the picture. There is a little cemetery shown on
the map between Jacket & Mountain which is about where I think she
lived, but I don't know it's name.

My personal best suggestion ~ follow the money. It appears that Mary
possibly purchased land in McDonald Co. (see below) The 1860 entry is
from the BLM land records - which are normally the first land entry.
When was this parcel sold? Did she end up with an estate to be settled?

Courthouse work or maybe library or LDS searches seem to be in order if
you can order in the proper films. It appears there are several films
in the state archives, so maybe the Pineville Library has some of them
as well? Their genealogy specialist is great although she can't
possibly take on extensive searches.

1850 Mary Moore age 30 Martha E age 10, Samuel H 12 are in her household.
all born TN McDonald Co., MO
1860 Mary Moore age 48, in HH is Charles H Moore, age 22. Where was he
in 1850?
Are Charles/Samuel the same person?

Land purchase 1860 which is between Mountain & Jacket in ( 19/21/29)
if I'm reading my map correctly by Mary Moore.

What connection might Charles Boles & Thomas Boles have to this family?
Also Sampson Bowles? - Sampson might have been the earliest of the
family group to arrive to scout the land for purchase (1853 I think)

Anyhow, just some ideas on a Sunday morning.

By 1850 she was living in McDonald Co, not far from her father, James Bowles with her children. I do not know if Mr. Moore died before she moved to MO or after they had moved to the state. I know she was still living in 1865 in McDonald Co, but can't find her after that.
