1841 census:

Skirrid, Llantillio Pertholey Citra
ABBOT, Richard, 25, Ag Lab, NO (not born in county)
Ann, 25, YES
Ann, 3, YES
Sarah, 6 mos, YES
ELLIS, John, 3, YES

They are not in the pre-1837 MON Marriage Index, so you might want
to try the FreeBMD site or parish records.
