My grandfather - (his dad being James.)
William Williams was born in 1848/9 approx. He married in 1871 to a Selina
Guy and
that took place in Staffordshire. In the 1881 census (in Staffs) he is
listed as being
from Monmouth.
An IGI baptismal record for his name as the son of Eliza Williams and the
date is 13th Feb1848.
I have two BCs as follows
1/ 20/04/1848 (father James) mother Mary Lewis Sub District Llanarth
2/ 17/08/1849 " " mother Sarah Davies " " Usk
As he left Monmouth I have to assume he left behind siblings and I seek a
relative who might have a connection through the male or female line to
William
I have been trying to pin down his exact d.o.b. and any siblings for a long
time and any help would be gratefully received.
Time is running out for me and I do so want to establish the gg I never knew
(both Wm & Selina) were dead when I was born.
