Hi Jackie,
No luck with 1871 census. The 1891 shows Harry (aged 22) with wife, Elizabeth in the household of her parents, Joseph and Mary Milsom.

Wilmott Jabez Pontypool 11a 334
This marriage certificate will confirm the name of the father of Harry (senior).
