Complain anyway, If you complain and ewveryone else that feels the same
complains and then says that they are sending a copy of the complaint to a
newspaper or Family History magazine they will at least be warned and given
the chance to explain.
If they do nothing about it then you send the complaint to a magazine and
give details - bad publicity is not what they want.
