Dear List,
Please telephone and complain e-mails don't do any good. Long story but they
gave me a free 6 mths to the UK subscriptions for free. This was not what I
was after, I wanted to pay for a discounted offer that came with 2005 Family
tree, I already had this subscription. Well worth the phone call.
