I'm looking for any information concerning the birth and the family of James
Rowland who is thought to have been born in either Llanarth or Llantillio
Crossenny around 1767. He is found on the 1841 census in Great Baddow, Essex as
a Tailor age given as 70 but there is a family story that he was born "near
Abergavenny". Any information would be gratefully received. Many thanks,
