Have you never heard of search engines ?

If you pu Hobbler in a search engine like uk.ask.com

you get a few sites with definitions etc ...

Hobbler
n. 1. One who hobbles.
1. (Eng. Hist.) One who by his tenure was to maintain a horse for
military service; a kind of light horseman in the Middle Ages who was
mounted on a hobby.
