A relative of mine adopted in the 1920's by a family
in Chepstow named KELLY. Information from the
Chepstow Board of Guardians registers shows she was
"adopted by Mr Kelly of the Constitutional Club at
Chepstow". Family talk is Mr Kelly later lost his
life on the railway line at Chepstow. Any info on Mr
Kelly or his death appreciated.
